About Lisa

After her post-graduate studies in KZN, South Africa and many professional, musical and cultural adventures around the world, Lisa Triani developed a love for training and facilitation in the arena of global education. She designed and ran learning programmes in Oxford, Cambridge and Rome. She trained teachers, managed schools and wrote an online syllabus before really understanding the impact that E-learning would come to have on the world. .

When she returned to South Africa, Lisa deepened her passion for supporting individuals and teams through sustainable change by up-skilling as a life coach, facilitator and mediator. She was invited to design a digital coaching programme with the aim of changing behaviour at scale for local and international organisations. Lisa dedicated a large part of her career to working remotely while still retaining her in-person consulting.

She currently enjoys a rich spectrum of coaching, facilitation and mediation work. Her clients range from high performance individuals dealing with the pressures of leading, to corporate teams needing alignment, to NGOs and creative arts collectives seeking to work in a more strategic and effective way. Her toolbox contains the goods for improved communication, for personal healing, for unpacking and resolving conflict, for empowerment and collaboration within teams as well as incisive strategic planning and implementation.

In her leisure time, she walks on the mountain with her dog Luigi and she writes and sings songs.
